How to use CondoPack?
Using Condo Pack is simple and efficient. To get started, register all residents by entering their full name, unit, email, and cell phone information. If you already have a resident data spreadsheet, you can contact support to import it. Once residents are registered, just snap a photo of each package and send it to Condo Pack. The system will utilize Machine Learning to identify the recipient without any manual intervention. Once identified, the resident will be notified either via email or WhatsApp, depending on their preferences.
